Intro to Meditation

If you have always wanted to meditate or if you have tried and found it difficult to continue the practice, this class is for you. This class will focus on the different meditation techniques, what you can accomplish with meditation, and how you can use it in your everyday lives. In each class, we will dig deep withing ourselves with a guided meditation meditations for the following:
Class 1) What is meditation and how to develop your own technique
Class 2) Meditation to improve health and stress
Class 3) How to manifest with meditation
Join us for only 1 or for all. Each class is $20 and does require registration. Safe distancing and mask req.
